Controller

Data we process

• account data: e-mail address, name, a password hash (we never know the password itself), language and second-factor settings;

• listing content, photos and messages sent in the portal chat;

• company data: name, tax number and profile contact details;

• technical data needed for security: an event log and a hash of the network address.

Purposes and legal bases

• running the account and publishing listings — contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

• security, abuse prevention and moderation — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);

• billing of paid services and legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients

The server and backup provider, the e-mail provider, the payment operator Przelewy24 (only when you pay) and the AI service provider (only when you use the description assistant). [List of processors and transfers outside the EEA — to be completed.]

Retention

Account data are kept until the account is deleted; billing data for the period the law requires. The demo portal is regularly restored to its initial state; data added by visitors are then deleted.

Your rights

You may access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data; you may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Cookies

The portal uses only cookies needed for sign-in and security; it uses no tracking cookies.
