DRAFT. This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is neither legal advice nor binding terms. GetSoft Motoryzacja is a demo portal: its data are fictitious and the portal is regularly restored to its initial state.

1. General

These terms govern the use of GetSoft Motoryzacja (the Portal). The Portal is operated by [operator name, address, tax number, e-mail — to be completed]. The Portal lets users publish listings and contact each other. The operator is not a party to agreements between users.

2. Account

  • An account is created with an e-mail address and a password; the address is confirmed with a code.

  • Users keep their password confidential and may turn on a second sign-in factor.

  • A company creates a company profile with its Polish tax number (NIP); the person adding it answers for its data.

  • In the demo, please do not enter real personal data.

3. Listings

  • A listing concerns something the user may sell and describes it truthfully.

  • The user holds the rights to the photos and texts they upload.

  • A passenger-car listing contains the VIN; buyers can check the vehicle history at historiapojazdu.gov.pl.

  • Listings are moderated before publication and published for the period shown when they are added.

  • Unlawful, misleading or infringing content is prohibited.

4. Reports and appeals

Anyone can report content that breaks the law or these terms. The operator reviews the report, communicates the decision with its reasons and allows an appeal in the Portal.

5. Payments

Paid services (listing highlights, company plans) are paid through Przelewy24. Prices and conditions are shown before purchase. In the demo, payments run in a test environment without real money.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the Portal can be sent to [operator e-mail — to be completed]. The operator answers within 14 days.

7. Personal data

The privacy policy describes how personal data are processed.

8. Changes

The operator announces changes to these terms at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the account after that date means accepting them.
